They abuse the situation by asking for a bite to deliver the body sooner and if not, they still have the CINISMO to tell you that you want all the "right" procedures. They transport it in a truck not suitable for this type of situation and apart from that they do not give you their face. ZERO RECOMMENDED !!!!

I hired a package with this funeral home, I used it last September of this year, my comment is that everything mentioned in the advertising did not comply. they did not carry a carriage, they did not take the vehicle and the staff to serve the coffee, these points were discussed with the owner that day so that we would not worry about anything, but no, they were not fulfilled. In the end, days later I called the owner to make accounts since I still owed him, they effectively accepted that they did not comply, they made me a discount that in the end was no longer important and I paid them. You are supposed to hire a funeral package to not worry about anything and not go to the races and in the end we were, hiring another float and hiring staff to serve coffee. This implied more expense. Needless to say, I do not recommend this Funeral House San Francisco.
