They give you a phone number for you to call and follow up if your card and checkbook have arrived and nobody ever responds! He sent e-mail to whom I opened the account and they do not respond either! Going to the branch is complicated because there is no place to park and go so that they have not arrived .... what a terrible service and that is Premium account🙈🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
