It's good internet. Being a fiber optic internet, it makes information travel faster. This is noticeable if you are a competitive gamer, because the packet loss is zero and the latency is very low. Unlike other companies, this one offers you the same amount of uploading as downloading (perfect for streaming, and / or online classes 😉). The only thing is that sometimes it fails, but it gets fixed quickly. If you are a Gamer, here is the ping with this internet, of some games: League of legends: 63 ping (LAN) AND 60 (NA) Valorant: 20 ping Csgo: 60 ping Fortnite: 30 ping Apex legends: 30 ping My recommendation for the company is to increase the domestic internet plans to a higher one (from 15 to 50 Megabytes even) for large and demanding families with the Internet.

It is no longer known which internet is better, terrible service. Right now with the online classes and the repair service (according to) what fiber optics they say they have, I don't think

Terrible service fails Too much and they left us 2 weeks without Internet due to a failure that they have not solved
