checked in and checked out an hour later first of all in the picture it showed air conditioning available arrive surprise no ac when I went to front desk the attendant smiled and said they didn't have ac asked why do the fake advertisement said the 2 years he's been working there the ACA have never worked,second the carpet was disgusting and last but not least cockroaches we asked tk change rooms they did but honestly couldn't stay longer we checked out

They DO NOT respect the price of your reservation. Parking is a problem and not safe. Rooms are smelling DERTY, no matter they put odorizer. They don't give any proof of payment.

2 stars cause they had enough space and it's in the middle of everything. Those are the only 2 good things to it. The elevator hardly works and it's only 1 out of the 2 that's functional. Parking is limited. They will not help you with your bags, another person actually staying here helped instead. They charge 40 pesos for a tiny bucket of ice. Only 1 of the AC's in the room worked and we got the suite. Some lights don't work. The shower is in the tub with no curtain, so when you shower water is all over the place.

Appropriate budget hotel. However, it is far from being a recommendable hotel. Parking is space limited, far from adequate to the occupancy capacity. Cleanliness is below average, the carpeting is questionable and you wonder how thorough they clean after a check out; or how often they do deep cleaning since we found a nail cutter in the cupboard with the extra blankets and a lighter under the bedside table. Attention is acceptable, but the restaurant has deficient service.

The place is in great need of updating. The sheets were stained, the chairs were stained, the carpet was filthy, the blinds were broken and the paint in the bathroom was peeling. It's redeeming value is that the beds were soft and it is located in the center of town. The parking is extremely limited but is gated.
