Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort

I will start if by saying the resort is beautiful, but we only went only to the restaurant La Frida to have a sunset dinner. The restaurant we very nicely appointed and the service was beyond good. Where is goes bad is them telling you they are giving you an extra shot with their premium margarita (which was good). They just don't tell you the margarita is $36. The food taste good and had nice presentation just very small portions. The beans for my dinner were literally 8 dots smaller than a penny. For two entrees an appetizer and 6 margaritas for 3 people and 20% tip, $425 was far too much for the value received. Guess I should have asked how much the drinks were. We had 1 LB of pastor tacos later that night for $22 I enjoyed more!

My husband and I were so impressed with this resort. It was so beautiful. The grounds were well kept and the view was unbeatable. We loved how private the resort felt, as compared to other resorts along the marina. The customer service was the best we’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly. We can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been here three times now and each time it gets better and better. The resort feels very safe and welcoming, the landscaping is immaculate and guest service is incredible. The staff are top notch and work their absolute tails off, without their quality of service this resort wouldn’t be where it’s at. The all inclusive food is good and I love the smaller portion sizes, especially compared to the USA. Hands down the best employee we had the privilege of meeting is Fidel up at the sky pool, that man is on his game! He’s the reason my family and I enjoyed the sky pool so much. Thank you Pueblo Bonito staff for another great experience.

No hot tub, room service is great. Place is a little outdated for sure but with the all inclusive you can go to all 3 resorts and the sunset resort is the newest and best to be at honestly. And they have a hot tub there. But if you want to be in the beach this is the place to be. Room is huge and bed is super comfy, and the is compared to other big name resorts. It's worth the money. Just needs to be updated and add a few Jacuzzis.

This place is paradise!!! A totally epic vacation and all the staff are exceptional. A HUGE extra shout out to a few who did a little extra to make our stay even better! Abel (golf cart driver who always made us laugh and feel like we were long lost friends even tho you can tell he's kinda shy)... Delfino, our butler who's made our stay amazing in so many ways, Pablo (main pool bartender), David Nolosco (bartender at the market) and I don't know her name, but the housekeeper is exceptional as well. Also, Bertha who works at the El Mexicano is really sweet and always remembers us!!! Our room is so nice and we love it here! We're treated like royalty and the staff really make this place better during "Covid season"... Thank you!!!
