Bad treatment and little organization

This branch is overrun. On December 28 I made 1 hour with 25 minutes to be attended by an executive. There are only two who at that time could only serve two clients. One named William who did (timed time) one hour and ten minutes in a process. The people withdrew because they became desperate and couldn't take it anymore. The other executive just took her things, closed her office and left. At the branch there is only one printer for the entire bank. This causes the executive to have to go out every now and then for his papers or wait for his partner to finish his, which causes the service to be delayed. In addition, its manager, César, attended to other people who subsequently arrived in line. Very poor service. 20 years with Scotiabank and it was the worst time I was served. Very bad. They do not have minimum standards of care. I don't know how they compare to their parent bank in Canada. They have made the service so cheap that they don't even have a printer. Usually there is only one cashier at most two. The best thing is that they go to the branch of Jardines de Mérida, where they are a little kinder, or to the Paseo de Montejo branch. But if you want to grow old and waste your time, this branch is waiting for you. After 20 years it is better to say goodbye Scotiabank.
