The service is extremely slow. They do not solve the problems and neither seems to care about customer acquisition. I opened an account and three months later the plastic has not arrived. An eternity to cancel it ... Very bad service, advisable to look for other options .

Service is very slow. 2 customer service people 4 boxes can not be supplied (especially if there is only one cashier, same as the Oxxo) I suggest coming very early. The place and service is very "old school". There are only 4 seats to wait to be attended and write your name in a notebook to be called and attended.
