El Palacito Secreto

Most beautiful hotel to stay in Mérida by far!!! The hotel is very quiet, mostly for couples but kids are accepted. Each room is unique and have their own charm!!! The staff is great, very attentive. Had a massage it was excellent!!! If there is one hotel to stay at in Mérida this is it. You will not be disappointed

The hotel and our suite were beautiful! We visited in July 2020 and even though many things in Merida were shut down, the amentities at El Palacito were wonderful. The location is easily walkable to many great restaruants and things to do/see. Anita was great to work with. She had some awesome recommendations for excursions and restaurants. The value was outstanding! We plan to return in November for another wonderful stay.

Caution! This hotel will scam you! We were booked there and the airline cancelled all flights due to Covid-19 so we had to cancel our reservation weeks before our scheduled stay. Not only did they not refund our deposit but they tried to charge our credit card for the full amount. Not once, not twice, but three times they billed our credit card. Unethical property management. There are plenty of other ethical establishments in Merida and we certainly will not attempt to stay there again during our annual trip to Merida.

This lovely bed and breakfast is perfect. It is even more magical in real life than as shown in photos. We had such a comfortable stay here during our time in Merida. I simply can’t recommend it highly enough. Both indoor and outdoor space is delightful. It feels like staying in a wonderful palace. Breakfast was super tasty and the rooms are well stocked with all the amenities on top of being super clean and charming. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

This was a great place for our group get together. The owners and staff were great. Very helpful and full of information when we needed it. Our morning breakfasts were just as good as the pictures look. We were very pleased with our stay and would do it again. We highly recommend visiting with your friends, family or for a romantic getaway.
