The owner of the place Sylvia Contreras Ramos is a rude woman and don’t treat her staff well. Money has gone to her head. No one will remember your money but your character after you leave. So better start treating people good , even those who give you services

For work reasons I had the pleasure of staying 6 months in this place, excellent attention from the administration, excellent service widely recommended
The place is country, it's clean. However, they do not clean your room if you stay more than one day. It has AC and WiFi, but it does not have television. It is expensive for what they offer and the distance from the place; It would be a good option to stay here if you are going to visit a nearby cenote like the Xlacah.
