Horrible internet connection (does not work), totally dark, hot water does not work, safes do not work, the street where it is is ugly, the windows on the second floor cannot be opened and on the first floor you cannot see outside because they are lined with a white sheet. The workers are friendly. You don't know if it's clean or dirty because the lighting is so poor. Save yourselves the annoyance.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, central location, clean and comfortable rooms, I recommend it 100 😊

Despite the fact that, in my case, it was a substitute hotel, because the original one (Piedra de agua) was being remodeled, I can comment that the service, the rooms, the amenities, the bathroom, the television, the climate, the attention of the reception, support to park my vehicle, all that Excellent. I cannot evaluate the dining room because I did not use it, although they informed me that they only served continental breakfasts due to the issue of the pandemic
