HOTEL CASA YUCATAN

It is an old house. Very cute. Clean Kindness in service

The customer service is incredible, they have their own secure parking just a few blocks from the hotel, the internet is free and with a good signal, what can be improved is the cleanliness of the pillows and bedspreads :)

Do not stay in room 4, it is horrible, you have no where to put your clothes, the ceiling is falling and the hallway lamps look directly at the windows that do not have curtains, so at 2 AM they will have light as if it were 7 A.M Fluff (the kitten) is adorable and Mrs. Rosa is great, but the place does look old and maintenance-free: /

For one night and at the price, it was good, the staff is very attentive and they put the best of them, the hotel itself is an adapted old house and for the same reason it seems a labyrinth, we had problems with hot water, parking was fine although you have to walk to the next block and they have to go open

The hotel a little neglected, the lady who attends very friendly and attentive, congratulations for the type of emollies like her
