If you are mechanically inclined, or just a assembly line nerd like I am, you will thoroughly enjoy the tour of this sisal production/factory set in a beautifully restored hacienda compound. This venue also serves as a wedding-honeymoon destination in its resort-like setting. The staff were most gracious, informative and welcoming. This Hacienda is so beautiful! They have a guided tour that literally is like travel in time, and transport you back to 19th century when the Hacienda was once a fully operational Hacienda Henequenera. It is also a luxurious hotel, the have spa, massages and their own private cenote.
