The ATM double Charged me for 6500 pesos. Banorte did not have ATM phone number labeled on machine for support. I had to file a dispute with my bank and have to wait 3 weeks for an investigation to complete to get my money back. Banorte are scammers. AVOID !!! The double cashier charged me for 6500 pesos. The facilities are safe and clean. The constant vigilance of the hotel helps a lot.
