Even though I stayed over Christmas everyone was so kind and welcoming. Gerson in particular is the sweetest most helpful most professional person ever. He's always around! A total super hero. The hotel is cozy and charming. I felt cared for and safe. Air conditioning kept the room comfy. And the Mexican style coffee at breakfast is the greatest. Trust me. If you're staying in Centro this is the place.

This hotel is very stylish, the breakfast is good, they have a doored parking and it is well located, 5 min from plaza grande. The experience was not perfect though because it kind of felt like we had the "bad" room, it was located under the stairs with a useless window to the interior court. So the room was really dark and humid. On arrival we had a dehumidifier which was great but on the second day they removed it (why??) and humidity jumped to 99% according to their own meter, in the morning our clothes felt kind of wet. Apart from that, it's a good value for the price we paid.

Booked because of all the positive reviews despite this being the most expensive place since travelling tulum playa del carmen holbox valladolid and cancun. The bed was really comfortable and the shower soaps and shampoo were good quality. Location is within walking distance of the main square. The positives unfortunately stop there. Its a lot smaller than the pictures suggest and essentially style over substance. If bringing a car call ahead so they leave the parking gate open. There is a very busy bus station outside so early in the morning till late at night we heard deafening diesel bus engines cranking and idling. My wife was actually woken up mid sleep by one trying to start, sound proofing was non existent. The Wifi was poor and would not work from our room at all. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom which came into the bedroom from the drains. This really upset me a lot. Finally, Breakfast - dry tasteless waffles and weak coffee. Worst eggs ive had in mexico. Plus the breakfast room was stone silent and had a weird vibe! Really disappointing. We booked and paid in full for 4 nights but left after 2!

This hotel is beautiful, every little corner has a special detail, beautiful plants, cute quotes on the walls , artisan handcrafts and more. The rooms have everything you need, the bed was super comfortable and everything was nice and neat. The staff was also super friendly, from the moment we stepped into the hotel they made us feel extremely welcome, while me and my fiancé were checking in they offered us fresh Jamaica juice with cinnamon which was delicious. They complimentary breakfast was really good, it was included in the price and it included juice or coffee, a fresh bowl of fruit and our choice of breakfast, we had quesadillas and waffles. The hotel is also very close to downtown and restaurants. Loved everything about it! We will be returning for sure
