Casona 61 by GuruHotel

There is a busy bus stop right outside the hotel, thankfully you cant hear it on the inside. It is nicely located not too far from the square. The included bfast is yogurt with granola, fruit and some toast. We had to pay extra for gluten free food (eggs). They upgraded us for our honeymoon and we could see the cathedral from our private roof pool (more of a tub). There isnt an elevator and it seems like there should be a restaurant that isnt open yet...or closed. The rooms are more industrial/concrete, but nice!

It was a great booking check-in experience. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is good (not included). The space is beautiful. The architect has done a great job with the space. It located in the historic area with busy squares with many street food vendors short walks away.

Very cool boutique hotel, well located not too far from the main square. Lovely friendly staff and cool decor. We had one of the suites with a rooftop plunge pool which was great. Only downside is the hotel has very little signage on the outside - it took our Uber three passes to find it!! No mini bar or fridge in the room which was disappointing. Also strange no light switches by the bed to turn the rooms lights on or off.

Definitely will come back! Excellent friendly service, their staff is amazing. I liked the cleanliness, amd the beds are really comfortable! Downtown is really close and that's convenient!

Very nice boutique hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be a bit more for the money. Room was super nice. Airconditioning could be improved though: It works properly, but is very noisy. We turned it of at night because it was too loud. For dinner we’d recommend going to a place called ‘Rosa sur 32’ at Santa Lucia square.
