Bad attention at the counter. The person is kind, but apparently he doesn't know anything about bicycles, and in order to sell he cheats you by ensuring that your purchase is correct. Spend on several products to restore a bicycle and only one of the products was left for that type of bicycle. Because they spent more than 24 hours they did not want to make any kind of change, although the products were not used.
