The place is warm, the stay is very beautiful, the excellent service, the very cool premium room, I highly recommend it if I returned to Xalapa I would stay there again.
When I arrived they did not respect the reservation price that the travel agency gave me, they did not include the breakfast they offer in the advertising and they did not warn me of the rustic road at the entrance since my car was damaged by entering at night and with rain.
