On Sunday, January 31, 2020, OUR VALUABLE THINGS, OUR DOCUMENTATION AND CARD, were stolen from us inside room 119, and the staff did nothing, they did not report to the police. Do not go and more if you are foreigners because the staff is incompetent and they say that it has not happened but on Saturday they also robbed another person but in the hot springs,
