Nice clean place. Large indoor parking. Nice pool

Exceptional customer service and attentive staff. Located within walking distance of the malecón.

Friendly staff. Older hotel in a quiet area. Pool was clean but the hot tub was cold; let the staff know but nothing was done. Room was a bit small and had to kill a couple cockroaches. Bed had a sagging, lopsided mattress.

This hotel has a fabulous location right in downtown Veracruz in front of the ocean. It is within walking distance have many attractions including the Portales. The rooms are well-appointed and priced reasonably. There are meeting rooms available for fairly large groups and the staff is very accommodating.

Clean and well maintained. Good service. Parking available
