I had a terrible experience in customer service and clarifications I have been waiting for more than 2 hours for attention to activate my netkey in addition to that when I complain about the long wait the staff tells me that nothing else is the only one who attends and the person in charge of that area tells me that it is busy and that I like to wait. That gives me to take care that my time is not worth my wait, if I do not like it, then, really bad attention ... it makes me seriously think about where I put my trust and loyalty with this bank.

It is closed by Covid 19 until further order

Terrible. Only 1 person for paperwork and 3 cashiers for deposits. You have to have at least 2 or more hours to complete a procedure.

To spend with an executive you have to have a lot of patience and bring plenty of free time, because several times I've come and it's always taken 1 to 2 hours to get through.
