Staff is friendly and the lines generally move quickly. I’ve gone here several times, the only issue I’ve had is that once a woman wouldn’t accept my US state ID, only my passport, which was weird because I’ve been to various DHLs dozens of times and never had that requirement.

They serve well, except for one man who is a bit beaten up and in a bad mood. I have not seen him for a long time, surely he no longer works there (hopefully). Not counting that man, everyone treats the customer well and the service is very good.
