I have accompanied my daughter on other occasions to the Colegio de Veracruz, as she is a student of the same. Today we went again and it left a very bad taste in my mouth, because my daughter went to complete the withdrawal process from a career (political science and public administration) because she is not comfortable with the study plan since when promoting said career they offered a totally different one than the one that came into force at the beginning of the semester, today he did the procedure and no one, absolutely no one asked him the reason for his decision, apparently there is no planning direction or something similar and the school services area is still missing tact to deal with these situations, something that is also extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant is that the staff who enrolled my daughter a year ago and re-enrolled her last semester do not know where she is from and how her full name is pronounced, in short For several months now, I have been uncertain that I am studying in a "duckling" school that will soon mysteriously disappear. Gentlemen, a little tact, please, you are dealing with human beings, not with enrollment numbers. If the quality of education has fallen, it is because of actions like these, no interest in the students, total detachment, individualism.
