This comment is to answer several questions. Indeed, the emergency service is for serious patients at risk of losing their lives or an organ not for diarrhea and flu that can be treated at the health center. The hospital consumes electricity by the devices that it uses, therefore connecting non-essential equipment such as the patients' cell phones or their relatives is not a priority, if they wish to have a charge they can acquire a 100-peso portable battery. In fact, there are not enough medical specialists because it is a small population and the salary is the same as in the big cities, so the doctors, having no economic incentive or other incentive to motivate them to work there, choose to work in larger places and with less shortage of services
