The authority is very rude and they do not understand in words, they may not know how to speak Spanish well, you ask for instructions for something or some help and they answer with an angry tone and they do not solve anything. It seems that the parking meter inspectors do not eat well because their voices cannot be heard and nothing is understood, I still think that maybe they do not speak Spanish.
