High expectations are those of the population of the Pearl of Tamaulipas with respect to the income of their best children to the Specialized Center of Languages, and with several years in tow this institute has managed to consolidate as another of the stars of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas in the capital of the state, with a high level of education in a building of good infrastructure (however everything is always improvable); the population of Víctor almost fights for a place here, even private schools.
