The Normal School of Educators Federal Mtra. Estefanía Castañeda is a teacher training school in preschool education since October 1977, named after the illustrious victorense teacher, pioneer of preschool education in Tamaulipas and Mexico Estefanía Castañeda. This educational institution is also a Unesco Associated School since 2000, where managers, teachers and students simultaneously work enthusiastically on programs of culture of peace and non-violence, leaving a permanent mark on preschool children through the realization of their pedagogical practices and educational social service. A special greeting to the whole community of educators, as well as to the educators who have graduated and currently strengthen the ranks of the norm. !!! A hug for all!
