Staff is very polite and courteous.
Nice and clean. Good customer service
They don’t clean the rooms like they should, terrible service at the reception, the bathroom was nasty and the lobby doesn’t have ac, i asked for my money back and they didn’t want to refund until I asked for the manager and explained it, very poor customer service, I’m moving to the fiesta inn, one block away, just stayed here for 10 hours and hated it.
Needs an update but nice
