Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort

We had to wait 15 minutes before even being acknowledged to check in. The man who checked us in was rude and trying to insist that we had a remaining balance even though it was paid in full. When I booked this reservation I stated that it was our one year wedding anniversary and asked if they did anything special like champagne in the room or just even acknowledge it. Nothing! Not one mention the entire trip or anything special in our room. We have stayed at many other resorts in Cabo for birthdays or anniversaries and our room has been fully decorated and special accommodations were made to make us feel welcome and special. Overall this was some of the worst service we’ve ever received. Pool staff rarely comes by to take your drink order. If you want anything you have to wave them down and even then it’s another five minutes before they even come over. The wait staff and the restaurants were the only friendly people in the whole resort. And that’s because you had to pay an up charge even though it’s an “all inclusive.” For being an all inclusive resort there are more up charges for any and all nice services and food. Without them this resort is less than mediocre. I read so many reviews for months and got so many recommendations to come here only to be disappointed and wish we had stayed somewhere else. We will not be returning.

Great time, excellent food, really clean and a private beach. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. We didn't have a single issue and they took care of the place beautifully. Whale watching from our room or from the beach was incredible. Some whales swam less than 100 yards out along the beach. Couples only, really quiet and secluded. Don't go to swim because the rip tides and waves are extremely dangerous and they won't allow you in the water and you shouldn't get in anyway. 10 to 14ft. sand cliffs along some areas of the beach it drops so fast.

We recently stayed at the Towers Pacifica for 4 nights. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. Israel greeted us as we arrived and was professional, polite and beyond accommodating. He was always available via text, call or in person on the property and had answers to literally every question (50+) we had. He booked all reservations including food and activities and made sure everything was running so smoothly. On top of that, he had great recommendations on restaurants and activities and even organized a sand sculpture for my 30th birthday on the beach! In addition to Israel, the staff was 10/10! Everyone was so welcoming and would remember your name and food/drinks that you liked. Juan was our waiter a few times and had amazing recommendations. Carla served us on the beach beds and it was amazing service (she even recommended my new favorite drink, chunky monkey). The 2 waiters in the VIP Whale Watching lounge were so funny and always made sure we were comfortable. Even the cleaning crew was so nice and welcoming. Overall, we will definitely be coming back in the near future and highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience.

The fanciest vacation I've ever been on. All inclusive is the way to go! You can just order whatever food or drink whenever you want and it's awesome! Also I've found I really really love room service for breakfast. Feels very decadent. The rooms are nice, the property is beautiful. I can see whales and dolphins swimming in the ocean from my balcony. The pool has a bar right in it. The food is all delicious. 10/10 recommend. Also it's really awesome to stay at an adults only place and not have screaming children everywhere :)

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful at Pacifica. Food was just okay, we didn’t expect much since it’s all inclusive. We’re impressed with the services here. Staffs were friendlier in Pacifica than others Pueblo Bonito. Especially, Carlos M., the bellman, he is super sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us sold the problems. Thanks you so much Carlos!!!!
