Punctuality is not respected in this place. I made 3 appointments for today (11/20/20) almost 2 weeks ago for 10am to 1pm and it turns out that the Dr. has consultations at 12:30 pm. He attended us 2 appointments and asks me if I return at 1:30 pm to attend the 3rd appointment and I understood and agreed without problem. Come back to wait outside your office for more than 45 minutes from the agreed time. I came back and dialed at 2:36 pm without any apology and saying that the fillings do not take long and that they wanted to return or reschedule another appointment. It makes me very disrespectful not to respect the time of others and not being able to apologize when you screw up.
