Bad experience
They don't answer the phone I don't know what they have it for and they give extensions I have dialing all week.
Heretofore generally speaking, this hospital is bad. Many departments and technologies are not a function because no one can fill those areas. Care and management is not what one expects from a hospital; They are unprofessional. And facilities have deteriorated and barely 4 years of the inauguration ago. On the last visit I made seemed to be an abandoned hospital; garbage lying, grass grown all part cracks inside and outside the premises. A hospital with that sobering presentation. If that were not enough, it is somewhat withdrawn to the outskirts of the city so that later prove to have bad service, that's nothing pleasant. It seemed to be one of the best hospitals in this state, but now just seems to have an uncertain future.
The guards are very despotic and do not allow one to speak to the doctors to find out about a relative
The hospital is very good, and in general almost all the staff have a great vocation and commitment to their work, however there is a fairly large lack of staff, in addition to that some equipment is not operable due to failures, and this is quite a problem common in all hospitals and social security clinics, however this is not a problem of the staff, they do what they can with what you have, you need more supplies but above all it is also necessary for people to have a little awareness , and they are educated more in prevention, in the end, if none of the beneficiaries take care of their health, the hospital will fill up and then there will be neither supplies nor personnel, the institution is maintained by the beneficiaries who NEVER use the service, business and government. Most of the beneficiaries who use the service do not imagine the cost that is equivalent in the private environment, and despite its multiple failures, the health system bears all the operational, personnel and material costs that the private environment would be unpayable for. Most of the people, going back to the topic, is a good hospital, it lacks personnel and supplies, but above all, it requires a population that is more conscious about their health.
