I am very grateful for the opportunity that they gave me to work 5 years in this company, thanks to this it opened many doors for me in the USA which changed my life completely. It took me two years to be hired and at first Miguel Herrera was not very convinced about giving me the opportunity but it is curious how sometimes people can be wrong. During that time working for hexaware I held various positions until I became a Test lead with 10 people under my charge for one of the most important accounts in the USA. Hexaware México always support in everything and were always up to date. My advice for those who want to improve is never give up, dream, do not limit yourself because you do not have a degree from an expensive institution and if they fall down and try again.
