Nice customer service, place, and excellent dental service. I made a video commercial months ago but I went without telling them it was me the one who edited their commercial, so i could experience the service like everyone else. Indeed, the results of my teeth cleaning were amazing!!

The high cost of dental work in the statea led me here. I was having cold senstivity. I was given a root canal and crown. I have had nothing but complications. I couldn't chew on tooth for like a month. Things got better but that was short lived. Now i have extreme heat senstivity on that tooth. Never had that before. So now i have to eat everything cold. Now right side of my jaw pops and hurts to chew. They did two fillings on my wife and now she has cold sensitivity. Everyone at this office is nice and they have some high tech equipment. But im going thru alot and can't say 100% if its thier fault. I have a appointment with a ENT doctor to check my sinuses and jaw

I came here for a second opinion and was very impressed with the dentists detailed exam and careful explanation of my dental problems, both serious ones with decay below the gum line and others not so severe. The dentist is very honest at Dental Artistry. I am sorry I cannot remember her name. I have no reservations about coming back again.

I heard from several people that there were some dentists in Progreso, Mexico that do very good work at a much better price than in the US. We are on vacation for a month so decided to try one. I researched & read reviews then chose Dental Artistry. I was very nervous but Rick reassured me that it was safe & offered to escort us from the bridge to the office. He translated between me & the doctor. I decided on replacing several old crowns & adding several new ones for cosmetic reasons. They were one third the price of the states. She did a fantastic job & I couldn’t be happier! She was so meticulous with attention to detail on everything. All the staff made me feel comfortable & I didn’t feel any pain. She was easier then any dentist that I have ever been to. I highly recommend this place!

I needed a dentist as my gum was swollen and was afraid it was infected. I Googled dentist in Progreso and got many places but one that caught my eye was Dr Rene Rosas Bassanetti office as I based that on the many positive reviews. I called the number provided, which to my surprise was a number from the United States. I talked to "Rick" he was very nice and attentive and he even offered to pick me up at the international bridge to make sure I was safe getting to his office. At arrival to the office I was greeted by Dr. Yassen Hernandez who immediately provided services and explain to me the whole procedure to be done. I can honestly say that I hate going to the dentist as I have sensitive teeth but Dr. Hernandez was just amazing and this is the first time I have a very pleasant and painless visit to the dentist!! Overall the staff was very friendly and the price was even better!! I have never been to any dentist in Mexico but I decided to give it try and I strongly reccomend their services. Rick thank you so much for providing an amazing service and Dr. Hernandez...I have no words to thank you for the outstanding dental work you did on me!! I would absolutely go back to you guys from now on.
