Bait and switch hotel. Stayed there over the holidays and received a promotion to come back, with a stipulation of doing their time share presentation. I agreed and was given a price, in writing. I provided the deposit, booked my airline and they stated the payment would be due as we got closer to the date of travel. Now that we are closer to the date of travel, they called to collect payment and stated it would be thousands, yes thousands more. I am sure they figure people will pay it since it's close to the travel date, but I would rather pay more for an honest hotel than to give them an extra penny. The manager who called was very rude and simply stated if I don't like it, I don't have to come. Completely rude and unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the many other amazing resorts in Cabo, this is no more special than the others, not to mention the food is terrible and you will find yourself eating elsewhere anyways. Although, I appreciate your response, this means nothing. It is talk with no action. Your company provided information, which I have in writing, only to receive a call from someone who claims to be a manager telling me it's too bad. When I stated that the mistake was an internal problem that needs to be resolved, his response was "no this is your problem since it's the room you booked and must pay for". This is your management stating this to your customer; completely unacceptable. You are doing nothing to fix this, and are simply replying to save face online, in hopes of limiting the damage to your reputation. I refuse to do business with companies of this sort, and hope that anyone reading this review passes on your hotel and goes elsewhere for their stay. Bait and switch is not acceptable, and had this been a US company, I can assure you it would not stand, and legal action would be taken.

stayed here a few weeks ago. everything was amazing. we had a go to spot at the pool, and after the first couple days, they would set it up just for us without us even asking. food was very good. i recommend hiroshi. probably the best restaurant there. service was also amazing, and overall just a great hotel. i will definitely be back for sure.

The facility and overall service by the staff was absolutely excellent! My friends and I, who are very well traveled, were even commenting to one another that this might be our favorite resort. Unfortunately, when we went to check out, our experience changed. When we first checked in, we asked if a late check out would be possible. At the time, the gentlemen said that it should not be a problem. We later found out that the resort was only about 5-10% capacity, so naturally this wasn't an issue as no one was waiting to check into our 3 bedroom suite. On the day we planned to leave, because the original gentlemen had merely said this "should not" be a problem, but no one followed up; I called to confirm. The concierge did verbally confirm this wasn't an issue and that we now had until 3pm at the resort. Nothing more was said. Around 3pm, my friends and I went to the front desk and indicated to the staff that our flight wasn't leaving for a few hours. A female attendee encouraged us to go back to the pull and just stay until we needed to leave...which we did. Our primary issue here was that no one ever told us during the course of our all inclusive stay, that we would be charged for any food and beverages consumed after 12pm that day. Their team had many opportunities in fact to say something. To be perfectly honest, it wouldn't have been an issue had we been told. However, it felt a little bit like a bait and switch in that no one said this until it was time to leave and settle our bill. Super disappointing to say the least.

We just came back from a 4-night stay. This hotel was truly amazing. I've stayed at many swanky resorts and this is easily one of the top 3. The interior decoration puts many Vegas resorts to shame. Everything was sparkling clean and I hope it stays that way for many years to come. The staff will make one feel like a king. The breakfast can be a little slow when they are busy, but the food is YUMMY. And the 9 or 10 pools were absolutely fantastic. We had some minor negative experiences with the kids club (they just want to leave work early every day I guess) but it wouldn't be fair to give the entire hotel anything less than 5 stars! Special shout out to Carlos the valet with whom we found a friendship.

The place was very nice. The issue was the service deteriorated over our 1 week stay. Room service was over 1-2 hours late multiple times, they forgot to clean rooms, and they would charge us for food and room service that was never delivered. People were overall nice- pools great. Food was pretty good, and the concierge was very helpful.
