They don't have water in the waiting room

Like all government offices, bureaucratic processes are slow, the waiting room is very small and dark. My personal experience, to take a robbery report took approximately 6 hours and after 4.30 the staff left without prior notice to all of us who had a pending report leaving us forgotten in the waiting room. In the end it was the superior of the staff who took the statement from us and made our theft reports.
