There is a lot of corruption, the environment is very tense and the mayor is never there, I do not recommend it if you can do your paperwork in another city, better go because here you just waste time and they treat you badly, I do not recommend it, the secretaries are very rude and ignore the person although If you have any incident, there are policemen always all day and night, you see and they help you, they are very kind and respectful, it is the best there is in that place
