All goes quick and easy. There are busses around the clock. No issues so far.

Procedure for luggage and directions to exit are not clear enough (Yes, I speak Spanish and read fluently)

Had an issue with being double charged. First the girl put through the credit card and said it didn’t go through. I asked for a slip to say the transaction was not approved or didn’t go through, she said they do not do that. She then demanded cash only, which we paid (didn’t really have much choice other than to leave). We then left and I checked my credit card and sure enough, it went through. Went back immediately, spoke to a manager... they deliberated and checked the cameras and the machine.... verified the transaction went through.... they then gave the full cash back. I was surprised. Thanks for being honest.

Can't beat the price and convenience when traveling around Mexico.

We were stolen in ADOgl, during the trip. Keep your belongings next to your body.
