BAD SERVICE: 👎👎👎👎 1- the phone that appears on the page is not. 2- you pay them on time and you have to beg them to deliver what you already paid. 3- In the office they never know anything about your order and they do not know how to solve or give alternatives to give a solution, terrible customer service. 4- they take a LOT of time to deliver.

The service is terrible, they are informal in the delivery, they administratively lose your purchase orders, they make you waste your time in the delivery, the prices are too expensive, they do not deliver what one expects, the central company is located in the State of Mexico they do not give the support to the salesmen no matter how much they seek to meet the customer gets out of control, they answer the phone.

The worst purchase we have ever made. Highly inflated prices and low-quality stuff. They do not respect guarantee. I tried to communicate by mail, by phone, everywhere and nothing. DO NOT BUY HERE

Bitter experience, very unprofessional. 😓

Pretty bad when you want to deliver a product YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM ALL DAY DATE TIME AND MARK THEM, otherwise they will delay your delivery for a long time because of my lack of professionalism.
