PEMEX GAS STATION

Stopped here to use the bathroom and get some provisions for our journey. The staff were funny and nice and the toilets were ok. The pricess for food were reasonable and the beers cold. 😊

Avoid this station, i‘ts a tourist trap! Gas station attendants try to scam you when paying cash. I gave him a 20 USD bill and he quickly changend to a 1 USD durring a short inattention.

BEWARE: IF YOU ATTEMPT TO USE CREDIT CARD, THEY WILL SAY AND SHOW YOU IT IS DECLINED "DECLINADA". YOU WILL FILL OBLIGED TO PAY IN CASH "EFECTIVO" AND IN THE END THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT EVEN MORE THAN THE COST OF THE GAS YOU FILLED UP. IN THIS MANNER THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Be aware and stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!! They rip tourist off. You get for about 460 in gass, you give 500 and they switch rapido to a 50. They make you believe that you gave the wrong bill!!! If you are the owner of this place fix this problem. Ripping off tourist is bad publicity.
