This gym needs a upgrade! Looks dirty old and some of the machines need to be clean up too much rust that cables can't slide when you pulled them !
Good easygoing place fir regular workouts...never tried the classes only wish they had a roof pool and massage therapists
Rough and ready ... Good gym to really sweat it out in ... Staff friendly
The price is reasonable, and it has different locations where you can attempt around the city
Very complete for you clean training for shower and variety of devices for all kinds of routine.
Highly recommended!!!
