I fell in love with my wife in Pac Chen. Sept 20, 1999, 2:04 pm. Happened just as she climbed out of the cenote and I was handed my watch. Still with her, still love her. I got to meet their pet baby deer who was tenderly nudging me under the table as howler monkeys screamed. An unforgettable experience.

Beautiful place, the interesting thing is that once you are treated to groups of foreign tourists make you a much better price as a national, the place is beautiful, peaceful, the cenote is beautiful, there is a zip line. The bad: the local people earn very little while the company "Alltournative" charges very well to each tourist and pays a misery to the owners of the land, they require a better negotiation with the company.
