Holbox kiteboarding school

From the very beginning, Jonny made the experience easy and welcoming. I took Foil lessons and Kathy was patient plus a great instructor. Not only did I take lessons but I kited other days as well and they helped me with anything that I needed. They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my kite and fixed it because they could. Pancho said that if I am able to help then I help with my heart. Such an incredible group of people and amazing experience. Thank you for everything! I recommend everyone to take lessons with them and you won’t regret it.

I was incredibly nervous to try kite surfing, I had always sworn to be the designated bag watcher on the beach, but the Holbox Kite school were so welcoming & nice I thought if I was going to try, this would be the place. I had lessons with Jirka, he’s was incredibly patient, kind & excellent at explaining everything clearly. That said, every other instructor I met on the beach was super friendly, which makes for a great atmosphere to learn. Thank you :)

My experience with Holbox kiteboarding exemplifies the care, patience and instruction of an outstanding service business. I had the pleasure of having Anna as my instructor. She took me from blatant beginner to flying the kite and skimming the water’s surface. I cannot encourage you enough to “just do it”!

Excellent kiteboarding school, would strongly recommend to anyone. Johnny is a very good teacher (lessons available in different languages), who puts safety first, is very clear in his explanations and has a truly tailored approach to teaching. Highly recommended!

I decided to try a new sport, kite Boarding, while vacationing on Holbox Island and decided to go to this school. From the onset of my initial inquiry, I was given detailed information by Rachel at the main desk who explained everything. The next morning I met Paulina, my instructor, who educated me on the basics and the steps we would take in the progression to learning. Paulina made sure I was well informed of what I had to do to be safe, successful and of course we had fun. I would highly recommend using this school and if possible ask for Paulina and you will enjoy your new kite boarding adventure.
