My sister arrived completely disappointed with the work because the woman who attended her (a chubby girl) did not inform her that the service she requested that day had promotions and therefore they did not apply it separately, the worker did not speak to her other than to sell what That made her extremely uncomfortable, the work was not of quality, the makeup I think is very good but what has nothing to do with makeup is of very questionable quality, we saw that there were bad reviews and we did not think it would happen to us but If there was a visit with a terrible ending, they should check their cameras to see how they are treating their customers and not hide behind saying "we have cameras, what they say is a lie" if we tell them these bad experiences it is not because we want to scrub but so that You grow and improve the way you serve customers, there I ask you to check your cameras and do not go around saying that negative comments are made up, I am surprised by the way you want to n remove responsibility by discrediting and calling clients liars.
