Bn bank always full. They should seek to serve differently

Great service

Terrible service, we have been close to 4 hours trained to change a check and those who arrive at customer service form them in cash, jumping to all customers who have been trained for hours.

It says it is open but if it is serrated it only wears out

There is no distinction in attention to customers, users and preferred, sales executives attend grudgingly and ATMs or a smile give away.
