Great service. Oscar Rodriguez was very helpful and made sure the process was done as quickly as possible.

Worst service, I tried to buy a car for 3 months and never received a positive answer, I did a payment and they postpose the car delivery alleging that in a few days I received the car, never happened, now I'm facing issues getting my money back.

I went online to use their live chat feature to set up a service appointment. After someone said they'd be right with me, I didn't get another reply for almost an hour. They later said they would text my WhatsApp number and it's been two days with nothing. If this is any representation of the quality of service here, I'm glad I didn't bring my car in.

Worst service Ever, they sold me a car and they took a month to give it to me, the battery broke down next day and the transmission a month later, didn't want to honor the warranty and found out all the used cars are from Avis and Casanova a rental car company You never called
