My daughter made an appointment because she has a lot of discomfort with her wisdom tooth and it was given two weeks later. Today is the date of the appointment, they cancel it just as he was on his way to the clinic, and they also tell him that they do not know when they would be able to attend, that they will call him tomorrow. That lack of everything, ethics, professionalism, respect, seriousness ... 😡 Terrible service.

I have been going to this clinic for a little over three years and I really love its payment plan (it helps you not to overpay), since it is not paid consultation after consultation, if not with a contract. Dentists are professional and very friendly. But what has always left me with a lot to be desired is the reception !! The ladies are unkind. What I've always struggled with is when I want to make an appointment on the phone. They hardly ever answer the phone, and that has always caused me problems.

Terrible service. They had me for years with braces and without missing anything. You are never treated by the same person and they just try to make the procedures last a long time to charge you as much as possible. I do not recommend it to anyone who appreciates their oral and mental health.
