My husband and I love all the furniture and other products they sell. The service is excellent. We bought a large lamp for the room and were very satisfied with it.

This brand is excellent, we love our new furniture and we definitely marry the brand, every time we need some furniture we go there to see what's new. The staff is very patient and friendly.

If I could put zero stars, I would! The people who attend spill decide and neglect. I made a small purchase but to have more confidence I decided not to make the purchase online, I made it in the showroom. Of which they gave us instructions on how and when the delivery would be made (which was never true since the instructions were to wait for the delivery and contrary to that, as we had to pick up the products at the post office). This, as it were, left us at ease, since the person giving instructions was supposed to know what he was saying, quite apart from the fact that they feigned the attention of being aware of our delivery. After the days we received a notification that the package was already in Puebla and we returned to communicate to the service number they offer and gave us the instruction to wait. When they spent more days (almost two months) then we insisted again and began to deny information and stopped responding. We had to see on our part in the lines of Mexico and the result was that since "the order was never picked up" it was back to CDMX and they would let us know when they knew something about it (notice that we never received or received until the today and almost two weeks have passed since the call). To top it off he also went to talk to the person in charge of the showroom in Puebla and formally let us know (neither) and it is the date that everyone passes the "little ball" and "everyone promises me to notify and give a guide number" but nothing. Bad experience and I've really asked in free market, Ali express, Amazon, etc. This not in order to brag; rather giving to understand that I understand the handling of merchandise and the times, I understand of deliveries outside of Mexico and of the same continent and never had met with so much insouciance after the purchase.
