Our child was born here and we were more than happy with the doctors and the service. My wife could recover in a big individual room and our child was well taken care of in the newborn station.

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia con el cardiologo Christian Arredondo. El costo de un ecocardiograma exageradamente alto en comparacion con otros hospitales y laboratorios y lo peor esque no te dicen que te haran el estudio y menos su costo. Pero lo peor es la poca ética de dejar a su paciente sin seguimiento. No cabe duda que hay medicos sin vocación

Do not go to the ER !!!! Terrible attention. To enter it they took a long time with the paperwork. So that the urgenciologist could attend him for one hour, so they will call the specialist for three hours and he never arrived. THREE HOURS to wait for a doctor to arrive at the ER?!?!?

Terrible service, I went to perform a simple x-ray and it took 1 hr to pass me even though there were no people and another hour to be able to give me the x-ray without interpretation. After 50 minutes of waiting for it to be delivered, I got tired and asked them to give me my money back. Which they refused to return it. Poor attention from reception and imaging. You are supposed to pay for a service to receive good care. They leave much to be desired and I will definitely not be there again.

Terrible organization, I hired a maternity package that includes several laboratories of which nobody knows who can give me the results, they never explain anything, everything has to be asked, not even in the imss ... Look for other options I insist
