very bad service, the time schedule is only for their profit oriented operation, almost nothing they promised is true, i tooked the mitla one day tour, they tried to take a lot of time for shopping at mezcel, and textiles and buffet lunchs, the tour at the beginning is inexpensive these total shopping eating activities took more than the half of the total time , for visiting natur or culture only all together 2 hours , they promised 2 hours hierve el ahaha, which ends up with one hour !!! and the archeological site in mitla less one hour, if you take 5 more minutes buying souvenirs at non- cooperated parters at the market they are unhappy, and leave you alone and gone! better ignore the cheap price they offerd and go with another local agent! the entrance ticket for herve del agua is only 25 peso, they all collect 60 , maybe good option to go by yourself with bus to mitla then taxi
