We did both the Monte Alban and Hierve el Agua tours back to back and really enjoyed it! I was a little pessimistic because of the cheap price and the other reviews on Google but TripAdvisor proved to be full of positive reviews and our experience on both tours were nothing but wonderful! Both tours were well organised and we were provided guides in English and Spanish. Everything was on time and we were told in advance what the additional costs were i.e lunch and attraction tickets. I highly recommend this tour!

I booked a tour of Monte Alban at their office, in person, three days prior to the tour. When I arrived early the morning of the tour, the woman who completed my booking three days prior recognized me. She asked me to wait. When the van/bus arrived, I confirmed that it was to Monte Alban and they said they thought I was going to Hierve el Agua. They then asked me to walk around the corner to another office to wait. They then told me that there had been some confusion and that the bus to Monte Alban needed to return for me. When it did return, a man quickly jumped out and stated that they had 35 Spanish speakers and could not do the tour in English. When I booked the tour three days prior, I asked how many people would be on the tour and they stated 21 people maximum. I asked for my money back and never made it to Monte Alban as that was the only day that I could go.

I bought a tour Hierve el Agua for the next day. The appointment to pick me up at my hotel is at 9:45 ... 10:45 the bus did not arrive! I was at the agency to check..the bus was gone without me! I'm just told "sorry it's the first time it happens". It's the result of paying the cheapest tour 🥴🤨

I felt disappointed with the terrible service and disorganization of this company. First they arrived late to pick us up, then they transferred us to another van in the middle of the street and almost ran over us, and to top it off we did not have the guide they had promised. We hope to finish without some other incident the route, because this happened at the beginning of the route !!!
