The truth is that they currently have a terrible service, they make you wait 1 to 2 hours and they have no preference for customers who already have their package ready with the label. Very bad management and attention from the staff since it seems that they are not there to provide us a service. I will change my rating when they provide a quality service and that one feels comfortable having chosen courier as a parcel.

They serve extremely slow and give poor service

Everything is fine for those who live in the same locality; but those of us who have to travel to pick up sometimes arrive 5 minutes late and even though they are there, they won't deliver your package and it's difficult to make expenses for another day

They attended to me quickly. And good attention.
